TEAM LEADERS: Looking for a simple way to teach your people about leadership? Use this video and corresponding Leader's Guide, Handout, and Slide Deck to host a 1-hour lunch-n-learn. No facilitation experience necessary. Very little prep required. Learn more below.

John Pepper, retired CEO of Procter & Gamble, shares the only thing he's ever asked of anyone who has worked for him, "Tell me what you think. Act on what you believe to be true." This preview clip is one of the stories John shares on the topic.

The full video also includes John's advice for anyone desiring to make an impact in the professional world: (1) find something you really believe in, (2) learn all you can about it, (3) present it to others with all your mind and heart, and (4) when you face resistance, be prepared to advance your idea further.

This kit is perfect for leaders who want to encourage others to share their ideas openly and act on them.
