In this video, Tom Verdery explains how to write a Vision and Mission Statement for your business.

Tom Verdery worked at Procter & Gamble for a total of 34 years, the last 14 in executive leadership positions focused on the growing international market. In 1989 he was asked to be on the first P&G supplier team whose exclusive customer was Walmart, forging a relationship that changed retail forever. Upon retirement, Tom received the prestigious P&G Lifetime Achievement Award. Tom currently serves as Executive in Residence for the Soderquist Center as well as serving as a graduate professor at John Brown University’s College of Business.
